Two.unresolved issues informed this review. (1) the image I ordered was described as fully adjustable & this is not the case; the image remains too large to upload as my YouTube header, and (2) I initiated an online chat regarding the issue and haven't yet received a response.

quality was poor so I had to re-purchase and the unlimited pixel version didn't work

It was just okay... I had to abandoned the two designs I ordered, I had to upload Adobe software to try to manipulate the artwork, never could do anything with them at all, the software from Adobe was way to complicated for me to use - I am a novice user...
